Lori was extremely effective marketing my property for sale. During the seven weeks campaign, she conveyed her recommended strategy including timing and frequency of open houses, ad placements, and pricing action. She was prompt and attentive to all engagements, and provided concrete feedback to me on all activity. She communicated effectively to ensure we were on the same page during the entire process. Once we received a bid on the property, she walked me thru the requirements for the bid to sale process including the purchase & sale agreement, buyer inspections and issues and ultimately orchestrating the closing. The process was extremely intense: she kept me informed regarding status and was, in my opinion, the principal conduit, between the seller, buyer, agents, lawyers, and mortgage providers to enable us to achieve satisfactory completion of all requirements and closing in 22 days.
